Senior Manager – Property Management and Information

 

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: Grade 5C (scp 48-50) - £56,018 - £57,992 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Salford Civic Centre, Swinton

Closing Date: Tuesday 16th April 2024, 10pm

 

We are looking to appoint a senior leader to work alongside the Head of Service to lead and manage the property management; and property information teams to deliver an effective and responsive property management and information service for the Council’s investment estate which is legally compliant and efficient and maximises returns.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to shape the direction and effectiveness of the Council’s estates management function across all investment property ensuring effective business relationships are established and maintained with customers, partners, contractors and other third parties.

 

You will have professional credibility through proven experience of leading and managing a service within a similar field, with a record of delivering against key performance indicators.

 

You will be an excellent and proactive leader with demonstrable people management skills with the ability to think strategically and act practically and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

You will be responsible for leading a high-performance property services team that provides a first-class service across the Council’s property estate with clear ambitious and structured development plans to ensure ongoing improvement in capability.

 

Qualifications
You will be expected to be technically qualified to degree level and be professionally qualified from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent with an extensive practical application of knowledge post professional qualification.
