Grade: 3C (scp 28-31), £31,926- £34,137 per annum

Working hours: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

Contract type: Permanent

The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed safeguarding lead and learning mentor to support the pupils in our school. We are looking for a candidate who is able to lead safeguarding in the school and support our pupils to overcome barriers to their education.

 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding in schools
  • Be able to deliver support to vulnerable pupils to allow them access and achieve in their education
  • Be an excellent listener and communicator
  • Have very high expectations and aspirations for themselves, our staff and our children
  • Have a determination and passion to develop each child to their fullest potential
  • Have excellent organisation skills.
  • Respond to challenges positively
