The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed safeguarding lead and learning mentor to support the pupils in our school. We are looking for a candidate who is able to lead safeguarding in the school and support our pupils to overcome barriers to their education.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding in schools
- Be able to deliver support to vulnerable pupils to allow them access and achieve in their education
- Be an excellent listener and communicator
- Have very high expectations and aspirations for themselves, our staff and our children
- Have a determination and passion to develop each child to their fullest potential
- Have excellent organisation skills.
