You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop partnerships across different teams and organisations to improve outcomes for customers.  You will be able to work under pressure in a busy service, managing multiple demands and prioritising your workload to ensure that you meet statutory deadlines.  Self-motivated and enthusiastic, you will have a key role in the continued development of the Housing Options Service.

 

You will be responsible for the supervision and development of a team of Housing Options Advisors, working alongside two other Principal Officers, delivering a prevention focused Housing Options service.  

 

You will develop policies and procedures to support service delivery and support the Head of Service in the development and delivery of key strategic targets. You will be innovative and creative with trialling new ways of delivering a service that meets the needs of clients.

 

You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, with all team members involved and responsible for taking the service forward.
