At Alder brook we are seeking to appoint enthusiastic teaching assistants Level 2 who enjoy a challenge. It is essential that you have worked with children who have a range of educational needs and enjoy working in a team. You need to have experience of working with pupils with social and emotional difficulties in the Primary phase.
The job will include supporting school staff, delivery of a differentiated curriculum enabling meaningful inclusion and access to learning for these pupils. Staff will work 1:1, lead groups and support pupils in alternative provision. The primary focus will be to ensure pupils are engaged learning and behaviour is managed in accordance with the school policies.
You will be required to support pupils in different settings or at their home as well as at Alder Brook.
