The
Customer Service Advisor post is based at the Helly Hansen Watersports Centre working within the Active Communities Team. The post is a key role in providing good customer care and effective administration for centre’s busy programme.
The role will include, but not be limited to dealing effectively with enquiries over the phone and email, taking ownership of the bookings process, and ensuring all customers are dealt with professionally and accurately. Daily cash handling, problem solving and administrative tasks are all part of this varied role.
We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic team player with suitable experience. Candidates who are reliable, have excellent communication skills, confident with Microsoft Office packages, and have an ability to meet deadlines are welcome to apply.
