An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 experienced and pro-active individuals to join our busy and dynamic Care Brokerage Team, part of Salford’s Integrated Health & Social Care Organisation.
Your duties will include liaising with service providers and care co-ordinators to ensure that care is commissioned and paid for, completion and distribution of care commissioning documents and service agreements, data inputting and maintaining computerised and manual systems.
You must be highly motivated and committed to provide high quality administrative support in Adult Social Care.
You will have excellent communication and numerical skills and have the ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
You will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload and balance this with the demands of a busy, diverse and varied role, whilst working flexibly within a Team to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously is essential for this Role whilst understanding the need for precision and attention to detail.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they meet all the Essential Criteria, as outlined in the Person Specification for the post, in order to be shortlisted for interview.
