Windsor Albion Housing Co-operative

The Housing Co-operative is responsible for delivering a range of housing management services to almost 200 social housing tenants and leaseholders in a multi storey block and surrounding area, in partnership with Salix Homes and Irwell Valley Housing Association.
Led by a voluntary board of management comprised of local residents. We are looking to recruit the following vacancies within our small dynamic team.

Housing Co-operative Operations Manager
Annual Salary £31,000 - £33,000 plus benefits, dependent upon experience
(pro rata 21 hours per week)
Location: Salford

The Role: The role involves leading a small team and being responsible for the management and delivery of housing services, development of the TMO’s strategic vision and values and providing effective leadership and management to TMO staff to ensure the delivery of effective customer services. The successful candidate will possess strong social housing knowledge, excellent report writing, verbal communication, interpersonal, organisational, time management, leadership and computer skills.

The successful candidate will possess strong commitment to resident management, involvement and empowerment.
