The Governing Bodies of our successful and popular schools are looking to appoint a modern apprentice to work and train in both schools.

You will:
• Aim to develop your skills under the guidance of school staff;
• Be committed and eligible to undertake a Level 3 Teacher Assistant Apprenticeship Standard (18 month study period);
• Have a positive approach to working with children;
• Have a thirst for extending learning to outdoor settings;
• Be prepared to work indoors / outdoors in order to support all aspects of children’s learning;
• Have a desire to work as part of a hard-working team;
• Be able to work efficiently and independently;
• Be able to listen to advice given and follow clear directives;
• Encourage our children to achieve their potential;
• Support the vision of high expectations of behaviour;

• A kind and caring ethos with high expectations;
• Pupils who are motivated, friendly and excited by their learning;
