Partington Day Nursery is a happy, vibrant and inclusive day nursery in the heart of the community which aims to meet the needs of all children. The nursery is run by the local authority and has been judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted.
The role of the Childcare Worker is to provide a safe, stimulating environment for children to explore and develop considering their individual needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team. You will need to hold a Level 3 early years qualification such as Early Years Educator, NVQ 3, NNEB, BTEC. You must have previously worked in a daycare setting with experience of planning for individual children and reviewing them on a regular basis.

The nursery is open from 7.30am until 6.00pm and full time staff work their hours over 4 weekdays on a rota system. This means flexibility is essential, but just imagine what you could do with one free day off work each week in addition to the weekend! In addition to bank holidays, full time staff gets 25 days leave per year, increasing to 30 days leave after you have worked with us for 5 years. Leave allowances are pro rata for part time staff.
