Salary: Band 3 - £26,520 - £28,305 (Full Time Equivalent)

Hours: Full time 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Term Time only (including INSET) plus 3 weeks           

Conditions of Service:  United Learning Contract

Salford City Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to join our Inclusion Team as Inclusion Leader to promote positive student attitudes to learning, providing a complementary service to existing teachers and support staff, addressing the needs of the students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and achievement, promoting high standards of attendance, academic progress and behaviour. 

Salford City Academy

Salford City Academy is a medium sized comprehensive school that lies in the heart of its community, a school of which everyone can feel proud, and a school that is devoted to improving the life chances of all our young people. It serves a predominantly white working class population and the proportion of students eligible for student premium funding is above national average. The proportion of students with special educational needs is in line with national average.

Housed in a modern building, the school has outstanding facilities and a learning environment that inspires students to do their best.

In November 2015 the Academy was judged as a ‘Good’ school. Ofsted reported that:
