Our HR & Payroll Team are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR and Payroll professional to join their team. This exciting vacancy will enable us to continue to build on our success, deliver services and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.

You will have experience of working to deliver excellent, customer focused, quality and compliant pay services and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of working in a busy HR & Payroll environment.
 
Working in this fast-paced team you will have the ability to prioritise your own work and work with the team to meet tight deadlines and timescales.

About the role
As HR & Payroll Advisor you will work as part of the HR & Payroll Team and be at the forefront of delivering a high quality customer experience and essential employee lifecycle services from joining to leaving or retiring from the Council.

The role requires the technical knowledge and experience to deliver transactional Payroll and Human Resource services to Salford City Council and its clients.

You will deliver a timely and compliant payroll service from the point an employee joins us at the Council, this is essential to maintain the reputation and build trust in the services delivered by the HR & Payroll team.
