Working hours: 36 per week averaged over a 4 week rota
Grade: 3A £24,799 -£26,999 + 2 increments for weekend working + secure unit allowance of £1,017 per annum

Barton Moss is an Ofsted outstanding rated provider of secure care for young people aged between 10 and 18 years of age. The Centre is highly regarded by the Ministry of Justice as one of their primary providers of care. We offer a very high standard of child care, which encourages young people’s educational development, emotional health and personal wellbeing. We operate a thorough care system and transitional planning is key to the successful resettlement of the young people into the community.

About you

You should possess good keyboarding skills and the ability to record effectively using a range of IT platforms.

About the role
If you have experience and resilience of working with difficult, challenging, and vulnerable adolescents in a caring residential or community based setting and feel that you have the qualities to work within a multi-agency team, who are committed to offering the highest standards of care, providing activities and education, then we would be interested to hear from you. You should have the capacity to set appropriate boundaries and have an understanding of the balance between care and control.

If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £44.00
