Following the recent announcement that Salford’s 5 “Outstanding” Local Authority Children’s Centre Nurseries will be continue to be funded until July 2019, we have a number of exciting opportunities for you to work with us and make a difference in Salford.

We are looking for experienced Early Years Educators/Nursery Practitioners who are motivated, enthusiastic and have a passion to work with children between birth and 5 years old.

Our Nurseries are in Barton Moss, Belvedere, Higher Broughton, Little Hulton and Winton. We offer high quality, outstanding childcare places.

The Early Years Educator will work under the guidance of the Team Leader/Senior Early Years Educator to provide high quality play and learning experiences for young children in their care.

You will be expected to promote an inclusive environment that is warm and welcoming in order to encourage the development of individual children to ensure they reach their full potential.

You will Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage and contribute to the development of plans and to support the delivery of individual learning programmes for children.

We have a range of full time and part time roles available. Our full time hours are 36 per week and we are open all year round. The nurseries operate a number of shift patterns; four of the settings work between the hours of 08.00 -18.00 and one of the settings open between the hours of 07.30 – 18:00.

The roles are on a fixed term basis to 31 July 2019. Although day to day you will be based in one of our nurseries please bear in mind that, occasionally, based on business needs, you may be asked to provide cover at other nurseries.
