Assistant Director, Integrated Commissioning - Adults (Salford City Council/Salford Clinical Commissioning Group)
Working Hours: 18 hours per week
Grade: Local Scale Band E, £70,883 - £77,972 (full-time salary)

An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for Assistant Director, Integrated Commissioning, leading on commissioning programmes relating to adult social care and mental health on behalf of the City Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group.

Working as part of a job share arrangement with the existing post-holder, you will join us at an exciting time as we stride ahead with integrated commissioning arrangements. This includes an integrated care fund between the Council and CCG across children’s services, adults’ services, public health and primary care, allowing us to carry out joint planning and decision making with a focus on quality, safety and better outcomes for the people of Salford.

In this key leadership role you will play a central role in the Salford Together Integrated care system ensuring people are at the heart of commissioning and ensuring strategies are in place that reflect local need and priorities.

Accountable to the Strategic Director, People Directorate and the Director of Commissioning, NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, you will have a proven track record of senior social care leadership with the ability to build networks and influence at a senior level to secure cross system change and improve outcomes.
