Working hours: 32 hours per week
Grade: 2A +2, £17,729 + increments for weekend working + 30% increment for night working + Secure Unit allowance of £1,114 per annum

The Centre is highly regarded by the Ministry of Justice as one of their primary providers of care. We operate a thorough care system and transitional planning is key to the successful resettlement of the young people into the community.

About the role
You will be expected to undertake safety and welfare checks, observe young people and deal with any unexpected events during waking night hours.

The role is part of our permanent team of night Care Assistants that work 32 hours per week, averaged over a four week rota, which include 12 x ten hour night shifts and 1 x eight hour day shift per month.

If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £44.00
