Working Hours:36 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 30th June 2018

The Customer Contact Centre is looking to appoint 3 Customer Service Representatives.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about working in a customer-focused environment with a positive attitude and a flexible approach. We are values based organisation and expect our employees to embrace our values.

You would be based in our Customer Contact Centre where you could be providing a variety of services to the residents of Salford by telephone, mediated console, web chat and social media. The customer contact centre is a busy working environment and can be very demanding due to the high level of customer contact. Council Tax or Housing Benefit experience would be advantageous though not essential

You must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent customer care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of customer needs
• Possess ability to work under pressure and show flexibility in order to meet the needs of the service
• Have a good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office
