About us
Urban Vision is a Joint Venture Partnership between Capita, Salford City Council and Galliford Try. We are based in Swinton, within the Salford district of Greater Manchester employing approximately 360 staff in a wide range of integrated professional support services solutions. Capabilities include a full range of property surveying and management disciplines, full design and cost control services, extensive highways and civil engineering design capability plus town planning, development control and policy services.
Our key client is Salford City Council although we have expanded our client base to a number of other clients and commissions both within the North West and nationally.

You will bring the knowledge and capability of a HNC qualified mechanical building services surveyor who will benefit from our highly diverse workload and exciting challenges which we embrace within our experienced team of surveyors.
About the role
This role is for a Mechanical Services Surveyor and they will be responsible for service delivery to a wide range of clients in designing solutions in the private, education and local authority sectors. Responsibilities revolve around the delivery of service, maintenance and repair provisions as well as design and project delivery of mechanical building services.
