Salary: Grade 4 (£19,819 - £21,693)

We have an exciting position available for a Performance and Monitoring Assistant whose role is to support us in demonstrating the positive impact we have in ‘enhancing people’s lives in Salford’

This central role will support the Corporate Strategy Manager to monitor, analyse and report on statistics, performance measures, outcomes and other information.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent IT skills and the ability and willingness to learn new software packages
• Is numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Understands the importance of monitoring and demonstrating organisational impact
• Has the ability to collate and analyse complex performance data and present it in graphical and report format
• Can self-manage their work and work flexibly within a team to meet objectives
• Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours
