You will coach and support health and social care professionals on the delivery of infection control and provide clinical expertise to Care Homes and Domiciliary Care Agencies. You will respond to and address quality and safety issues and challenge practice to improve standards and ensure safe clean care with all commissioned care providers, and lead the investigation of community onset infections through post incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) across a range of health and social care settings.

We look forward to hearing from you!
Please apply with your CV and a cover letter summarising why you think you would be a great addition to our team.
