Salary: 2A (pro rata - £8,298.67 to £8,642.67)
Contract: Temporary (maternity cover)

Regulatory Services is an interesting, busy and diverse service which deals with the regulation of a wide range of business, services and Private Sector Housing across the whole of the City. 

As a Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to regulatory services to assist in the delivery of a high standard of customer service to a wide range of clients, therefore always acting in a professional manner. 

In this role you will regularly deal with members of the public, senior managers, external partners and councillors. 

You will have excellent people skills, and will be able to manage your own workload including working to deadlines. You will work well within a strong team structure, have good IT skills, a flexible approach to working and you will be keen to learn new skills.
