You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to manage customer expectations, working with customers to resolve their housing need. You will be able to work under pressure in a busy service, managing multiple demands and prioritising your workload to ensure that you meet statutory deadlines.

About the role
You will work with households threatened with homelessness to try and prevent them losing their accommodation; for those with no accommodation you will assist them with finding new accommodation.

You will work closely with accommodation providers including those in the private sector to increase the supply of properties available to customers of the service.
