About the role
This is a lead role supporting the workforce element for a key workstream under our overarching programme of change [My]Work.

The main objective of [My]Work is to empower and enable our employees to be smarter in how we work across the city, providing better services to residents.

Working as part of a squad leading the development and implementation of a new digital platform and tools to support children and adults services, this exciting and influential role will lead and facilitate the development of an organisational development programme, using a range of techniques to fully engage leaders and the workforce in designing new ways of working and developing and delivering the workforce development plan to underpin this. This role will empower our employees to work in new and different ways to helping our people be the best they can be and deliver better outcomes for our citizens.
 
This role will work in partnership with Digital, Data & Technology, and communications colleagues championing our #TeamSalford approach.

You will be working on a high profile 12-18 month project and will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisational development programme to embed this project and engage colleagues.
